Q: Curious when we will see another release from Beauty In Chaos?

A: I have been sort of going back and forth in my head about releasing an EP or waiting to finish some additional song to make it a full-fledged ‘album’. I am trying not to be impatient, which always plays in to the mix for me … after our last release, ‘Out Of Chaos Comes…’ being a ‘remix’ album. I also have to be conscience of the financial aspect as it related to our label, 33.3 Music Collective. Other than the cost of mastering, it is the same to press an LP or CD with 3 songs as it is with 10. I try to not to base decisions on $, but it is certainly an up-hill task to sell music in a physical form in today’s streaming world. To answer your question … soon! We are looking at shooting a video for a new song called ‘Orion’, which features the talented Whitney Tai on vocals. The ‘plan’ is to shoot it this month and release it by the end of August. We are also in the planning stages for a second video too. If we pull this one off, which I am confident we can, I’d like to have that out on or before Halloween. As for the album or EP, Michael Rozon and I feel we have five strong tracks (including the video singles) coming together. I have quite a few ladies I have talked to about being part of BIC, so there lies the decision of a 5 to 6 song EP, which we could have ready to release before the end of the year, OR we continue to add songs and release video/singles … culminating into a full release in early 2022.
