BIC BLOG 6/20/20
By usual BIC standards, this has been a fairly ‘quiet’ week. Not that that it is a bad thing!
I signed a bunch of our new vinyl early in the week and now all copies ordered should be in hand (domestically) and enroute across the oceans. I know in our current ‘covid-world’, post services are slow, so I ask eveyone to please be patient. Please let us know if for any reason you are not been able to download ‘the storm before the calm’ (which is included with all physical purchases!) and we will make sure you do. It can be a slightly confusing process, but it is totally worth it while you are waiting for vinyl to arrive AND includes the 29-minute title track which for space reasons does not fit on the vinyl.

We are working on the edit of our video for ‘Stranger’, which features a stunning performance by Ms. Kat Leon. We had planned to have it out before the end of this month, but we may take a little extra time for this special song. The video will be the directing debut for Leslie Gladney, who has worked with us on many of our other videos, and was also our vampiress in ‘A Kind Cruelty’.
I also got to add a bit more guitar for the ReMISSION INTERNATIONAL’s version of ‘Tower Of Strength’. This is one of the greatest things musically I have been blessed to be involved with, and being privy to be in its inner-circle. I must comment on the amount of work and care that Wayne is putting into making this happen is an inspiration. So many amazing artists are part of this project which is done for all-the-right-reasons! More details soon, but I can say that this track will be in the hands of the extroadinary Tim Palmer’s hands next week to mix. I’m sure updates will break first on The Mission’s social media.
