Finally, after months of writing, recording, mixing, mastering, storyboarding, filming and editing… our new “ORION” video has premiered! I am thrilled with the initial response and want to thank everyone in bringing this song and video to life!

The video premiered Wednesday on Jammerzine. Ryan Martin and his crew at this amazing multi-pronged music outlet have been here for BIC and the artists that are part of our BIC Family since our conception almost 3 years ago! I could not be more thankful for what they do, not only for Beauty In Chaos, but for Indie artists around the world! Do we see a more laid back BIC here? Adding Whitney to the fold is as much a move forward as it is moving further outside of the box. She has a charisma that is all her own and ‘Orion’ provides that ‘stellar stage’ and lets her presence reign.
There is also a more introverted musical style about ‘Orion’ that has been slowly inserting itself into BIC since ‘The Storm Before The Calm‘, and now seems fully infused and integrated. A slight orchestral shift as well, if you will, with a subtle soundscape with synth strings lightly caressing the rhythm section and linking to those wonderfully varied guitar parts combining everything into a sonic soup of brilliance. … JAMMERZINE

The BIC machine never seems to rest, as Michael Rozon and I continue to work on the tracks, getting “Afterlife”, “Open Wound Heart” and “Not Your Fault” mix-ready. I think we have finalized the mix of “The Kiss Of The World”, which features the statuesque Italian star Elena Alice Fossi of Kirlian Camera. As I sit in an undisclosed cabin in Big Bear, celebrating my wife and BIC’s rock-goddess bassist’s birthday, we got to see the beginnings of our next video and are extremely happy! I think it will be cool and different! I am also diligently trying to write the much needed track #6 …

“Orion” should soon begin to appear on THOSE (cough couch) streaming services ! A necessary evil so I am told :)
